Main Suit
I wore my V-necked T shirt with my pleated skirt. Then I used her white-and-yellow waist band to define the V shape. The ribbon behind was made using item (IV) I folded a thick layer of red satin into a rectangle and gathered the centre thus forming a kawaii bow, lol~
As for her skirt which has two layers of blue and yellow, hem colors of such at the edge of the skirt. Or better yet, u could try dying the skirt.
Accessories
Head and Neck:
I used red and white felt for that two cover piece of her odangoes. White felt was used for that three feather like thingys. Her choker was made using a piece of red ribbon and then sewing a yellow stuffed heart out of felt to attach to it.(think teddy bear stuffing;p)
As for the various moons that Sailormoon adorns, I made them out of gold foil.
Hands:
As for gloves, I got them at Chinatown for $10. To make that three layer red thingy, I used thick red ropes to make do.
The brooch was made using styrofoam and crystal beads.
Legs:
I wore the red socks and then trimmed the top with white cloth.
